Tooling Production

The Mielec Production Plant was incorporated into the EC Group in May 2012. The facility is located in the “EURO-PARK MIELEC” Special Economic Zone and originates from the former WSK “PZL Mielec” industrial complex. Now, it is a part of EC Engineering.

The factory has a long tradition and experience in the designing and manufacturing of tools for the most demanding aviation, automotive and railway applications.

The production for aviation sector primarily comprises manufacturing of tooling, including geometry and position templates, special processing tooling and plastic working tools. EC Engineering provides also the tools for chopper and aircraft component assembly.

The production for railway applications includes special tooling such as mounting, welding and checking tools. The scope of the works comprises engineering, fabrication, erection and commissioning at the Customer’s site. We weld the components of railway vehicles, which require CL1 certification and processing of large-size workpieces.
