Design and manufacture

Our offer comprises the tool engineering services along with the production and commissioning at the customer site. We have rendered our services to the Customers all around the world using the team of more than 20 experienced and very motivated engineers.

Thanks to the Know-how we have gained and the organization of our company, we are in position to offer “turn-key” made production facilities including engineering works, manufacturing, delivery, erection and commissioning. Within the period of the most intensive works, 35 engineers were employed for one project and the production was running in eight sites at the same time. All the works were monitored and reported to minimise the project-related risks. The Alstom subway train production facility is an example of such implementation.

We also develop production facility and material flow layouts and tooling specification; moreover, we identify the engineering requirements for OHT cranes and hooks.

Our team members speak fluently English, French, Russian and German. We design fully automated, pneumatically or hydraulically powered tools.

We have launched the projects, among the others, for Alstom, Bombardier, Siemens and MAN.
