Bogie engineering 


We design the bogies (travelling gears) along with the mechanical engineering, required simulations and strength analyses, electric engineering (cabling), and instrumentation using 3D modelling - Catia, Creo, NX.


When designing, in most instances we assume responsibility for the development of the product concept, component selection, negotiations with their suppliers, performance of all required analyses and simulations, development of 3D models and preparation of engineering documentation; we also provide project management services, author's supervision and  documentation validation.

We design bogies for customers from Poland, Europe and all around the world according to the required standards and regulations (e.g. TSI, EN, UIC or GOST) to:

  • electric, diesel and hybrid locomotives,
  • electric, diesel and hybrid trainsets,
  • trams,
  • subway coaches,
  • passenger coaches,
  • freight wagons,
  • track inspection cars,
  • monorail vehicles.
